Quick & Easy & Finished!

Sunday was my 32 wedding anniversary! And it was the 1st time ever that I forgot. Good thing my husband was on the ball. We went out to a nice dinner in a cell block at the Jailhouse Restaurant here in town.
Then I talked my husband into helping me make a Big Broad for ironing my quilt tops. It's wonderful & I'm not sure I could ever lived without it again. It measures 22"x 62". Comes off easily for storage & when the fabric starts looking bad it's easily recovered!! Did I mention I love it!!
Halloween is almost here & this little treat bag tutorial came out just in time. It's the Itty Bitty Poochie bag on Moda Bakeshop & it was so quick & easy to make. I did these 3 in about 1/2 an hour! I think I'll pull out the christmas fabric box & make some more!! Thank you Happy Zombie for a great little bag. Happy Quilting!!

The little bags look really cute. Your grandchildren will love them. The ironing board top will sure be handy. Lucky you!

Hey, what did you use to construct your nice big ironing board? I have been wanting to make one.
